What size?
On the market, several numbering systems are used for shoe sizes. OrtoMalli insoles are numbered from 28 to 46.5. All sizes have been sized carefully. Measure your foot by placing a measuring tape on the floor so that it touches a wall. Place your heel against the wall, put your entire weight on the measuring tape and see how many millimetres long your foot is. Check your size from the table. For example 263.55 mm corresponds to size 41.jalan mittaus3
Order an insole that is about 3 to 5 mm longer than your foot. Use the OrtoMalli insole for measuring when buying new shoes – because it is not always that easy to find the right size. Place the insole inside the new shoe and use your fingers to feel on the toe of the shoe if the shoe and the insole are the same size. The shoes should have pretty flat insoles if you are planning to use OrtoMalli insoles in them. Winter shoes should be a little bigger because you might have to wear several pairs of socks. Ortomalli insoles are hygiene products and cannot be returned.
